One problem with this idea: experience is character-based and not account-based.
Whereas Fame is account-based and not character-based.
If they added an experience emote without tying it to all experience that you have acquired via all characters, then the experience emote would become an extremely frustrating thing.

I like it. A lot. For those that run characters through and experiance the game from each point of view. My Ranger probably had 500,000 exp when I deleted him. I think the Emotes will have to get into higher number though.

Maybe adding something similar, but with the completion of your class. Say, if you have all the skills of your primary or secondary you can show it off by one of the 6 emotes they have. /primary would show off a purple mist around me since I'm a Mesmer with all skills unlocked for that class and /secondary would be something blue and monk related. Here are my suggestions.
Warrior - Orange and yellow daggers spin around the body like a tornado.
Ranger - They pull out a green bow and shoot out several green arrows that fly around and return.
Elementalist - Red sparks fly out of the body, turn into droplets of water, hit the ground and turn into rocks that float away into dust.
Necromancer - Four zombies come up from every side of the character, then crumble away.
Monk - A light blue bolt of energy pushes the character from beneath the ground into the air and they do a pose in mid-air.
Mesmer - A purple swirling mist envelops the character and faces surface out of it as if they were screaming, just without a sound.

Like Kago said, you can get alot of experience farming in a very short ammount of time. I'd like the people who play the most to have the emote. Show the people who are really dedicated to the game.

He's right. What do PvPers have to show for their achievements? Rank? Only if they are rank 3, 6, or 9 (never seen 12 before). PvPers get a wide variety of weapons and armor that can only be obtained through PvE.

How about an Emote for UAS, and one that is seperate for a "Fully Unlocked Account."
I'm asking for more Emotes here. I would like to have a Emote for being in a top 100 guild, or top 500 for that matter. It seems strange that Rank is the only thing worth an Emote.

I want emotes that interact with other emotes, such as allowing to players to high-five on another or something like that.

I think they should make it for ascension only. That way you know who hasn't ascended yet.

Why? There is no need to have all skills on a character. All you need is to unlock them.
Why would I want Devine Favor skill on my */Mo when my Mo/* have already unlocked it...?
Give emotes for achievements, like finishing all UW quests or titan quests or all missions+bonus,... or for a full unlocked account,...
Don't give emotes for 'non-achievements' like beeing in a top guild (you may be a very important part of that guild, but there is no way to tell if you contributed to the guild or have never played GvG for them).

Why an emote? Why not just right click your experience in the hero window and call it to your party!

I think this may kill the game. People who play pvp wanted emotes because of their egos. Now pvp in heros acsent(tombs) is a nightmare. It has really killed pvp tombs. It may or may not affect gvg.
bad idea however I would like to see some sort of reward for your exprence. Maybe someone think will of another better idea.

Yeah, I was just about to say... Give us emotes for having classes unlocked. If we have all mesmer skills, give us an emote for that. I'd think that maybe the emotes would resemble what the spirits look like in Temple of the Ages. That way they know they have all the skills of a given class and have a better chance of knowing what they're doing. Just because you can unlock all skills with faction and never play anything outside W/Mo.

Um, it is Ctrl+Click, not right click. And I can see that you have no idea about what the discussion is on.
Thanks anyway!!
